- The bank will contact customer twice in case of insufficient funds in account
- The bank will make an advance bill payment on customer’s behalf in case of insufficient account balance up to one times (phone, meter)
- In case of insufficient funds, MOB collects daily rate of 2% + Ks. 500 on phone and meter claims per transaction
- The bank will provide a monthly bill statement
- One month notice for discharge of bill payment service
- Deposit charges to MPT – Ks. 500 per transaction
