RESPONSIBITIES<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Assist with processing loan applications, verifying submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate applicants’ financial status and provide support in determining their creditworthiness.<\/li>\n
  • Address client inquiries regarding loan products, terms, and processes, delivering excellent customer service.<\/li>\n
  • Support senior staff by preparing reports, maintaining accurate records, and conducting compliance checks.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with the collections team to follow up on overdue payments and resolve issues related to hire purchase agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    QUALITIES<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n
    • 2-3 years of experience in finance, lending, or hire purchase operations.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of financial products and customer service principles.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
