JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Strategic Planning<\/p>\n

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s overall goals.<\/li>\n
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine marketing plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Brand Management<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the bank’s brand identity.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate on creative campaigns to improve brand visibility and credibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Digital Marketing<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Manage digital platforms, including the bank’s website, social media, and email campaigns.<\/li>\n
      • Develop SEO strategies to improve online presence.<\/li>\n
      • Use analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Customer Acquisition and Retention<\/p>\n

        • Design campaigns to attract new customers while building loyalty among existing ones.<\/li>\n

                          Qualifications<\/span><\/h3>\n

                          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).<\/li>\n
                          • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial sector.<\/li>\n
                          • Proven experience in leading marketing campaigns with measurable success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
