{"id":4151,"date":"2018-09-14T08:53:00","date_gmt":"2018-09-14T08:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?post_type=jobpost&amp;p=4151"},"modified":"2018-09-14T08:53:00","modified_gmt":"2018-09-14T08:53:00","slug":"credit-administration-officer","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?jobpost=credit-administration-officer","title":{"rendered":"Credit Administration Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>JOB DETAILS<\/h3>\n<p>Bank Position : Officer<br \/>\nJob Location : Yangon, Myanmar<br \/>\nContract Type : Full time<br \/>\nJob category : Administration Officer<br \/>\nSalary : Negotiable<\/p>\n<h3>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality legal Audits are conducted on all deals to presentation to FC.<\/li>\n<li>Collateral have been reviewed, independent valued and are meets all policy requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collateral and company compliance Credit Files are up to date and accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Effective, quality and timely execution of the terms and conditions as approved by the Board.<\/li>\n<li>Risks identified in the legal implementation and disbursement processes are highlighted and properly managed to an acceptable level.<\/li>\n<li>Security and other document are duly executed and properly protected from fire, theft etc.<\/li>\n<li>Credit Files are maintained in line with the Records Management Procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Every collateral asset line has a supporting document reflecting the value as per the register and can be easily referenced.<\/li>\n<li>Disbursements completed in line with conditions set.<\/li>\n<li>Quality disbursement request submitted Payments made in line with approved disbursement request.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with policy and procedures relating to disbursement.<\/li>\n<li>All collateral are registered as per agreed country targets, and have accurate collateral values.<\/li>\n<li>Annual and quarterly collateral reviews are completed within time limits set.<\/li>\n<li>Collateral register data are up to date at the end of each quarter<\/li>\n<li>Any risks relating to collateral registration and variances are address through appropriate actions.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance renewals are up to date on business as well as assets taken as collateral.<\/li>\n<li>Provide effective and efficient support to the Legal Collections Function on deals handed over to Legal Collections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>JOB REQUIREMENT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>MBA or Master Degree<\/li>\n<li>Management &amp; Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Age between 30 and 40<\/li>\n<li>Years experience<\/li>\n<li>Sound communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Team work and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Be able to spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Advance computer skill on MS office.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB DETAILS Bank Position : Officer Job Location : Yangon, Myanmar Contract Type : Full time Job category : Administration Officer Salary : Negotiable JOB DESCRIPTION Quality legal Audits are conducted on all deals to presentation to FC.
