{"id":4165,"date":"2018-09-14T09:11:58","date_gmt":"2018-09-14T09:11:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?post_type=jobpost&amp;p=4165"},"modified":"2018-09-14T09:11:58","modified_gmt":"2018-09-14T09:11:58","slug":"zone-manager","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?jobpost=zone-manager","title":{"rendered":"Zone Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>JOB DETAILS<\/h3>\n<p>Bank Position : Manager<br \/>\nJob Location : Yangon, Myanmar<br \/>\nContract Type : Full time<br \/>\nJob category : Zone Manager<br \/>\nSalary : Negotiable<\/p>\n<h3>POSITION SUMMARY<\/h3>\n<p>The role holder is responsible for planning and development programs targeted toward existing responsible for the sale target for the region.<\/p>\n<h3>KEY ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>IdentiS, the market and formulate marketing strategy for bank products<\/li>\n<li>Develop branch specific sales actions plans under the region<\/li>\n<li>Drive Branch sales teams to achieve the targets<\/li>\n<li>Conduct special campaigns to drive sales \/ create leads<\/li>\n<li>Provide sales training to the branch staff as and when required<\/li>\n<li>Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities in the region<\/li>\n<li>Establithes and maintains relationship with key customers , key strategic partners in the region<\/li>\n<li>Meets with key customers, assisting sales team \/ Branch Manager with maintain relationships and negotiating and closing deals<\/li>\n<li>Monitor branch performance on daily basis and take corrective action as and when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>JOB REQUIREMENT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Business related degree holder or equivalent form reputed organization<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing ( with 2 years in a managerical capacity )<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and leading a high performance team to exceed targets<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and insighs-driven decision marking<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analyical, problem solving and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined<\/li>\n<li>Leads, adapts to and embraces constant change<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JOB DETAILS Bank Position : Manager Job Location : Yangon, Myanmar Contract Type : Full time Job category : Zone Manager Salary : Negotiable POSITION SUMMARY The role holder is responsible for planning and development programs targeted toward existing responsible for the sale target for the region.
