{"id":9861,"date":"2019-06-17T10:00:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T03:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?post_type=jobpost&amp;p=9861"},"modified":"2019-06-17T10:00:55","modified_gmt":"2019-06-17T03:30:55","slug":"sales-manager-sme","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?jobpost=sales-manager-sme","title":{"rendered":"Sales Manager  (SME)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>JOB DETAILS<\/h3>\n<p>Bank Position : Manager<br \/>\nJob Location : Yangon, Myanmar<br \/>\nContract Type : Full time<br \/>\nJob category : Sales Manager<br \/>\nSalary : Negotiable<\/p>\n<h3>KEY RESPONSIBITIES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Scans the Market for Potential Customers and creates a plan of acquisition commensurate with Banks risk appetite<\/li>\n<li>Develops new SME relationships and build commercial assets book on Business Loan through team and self<\/li>\n<li>Ensure incremental SME net loan growth through new to bank customers<\/li>\n<li>Plans and conducts special marketing initiatives and events for prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks;<\/li>\n<li>Identify early warning signals and assist in recovery of  interest\/principal for each of the relationship handled by team and self<\/li>\n<li>Continually scan the market to determine the market trends and understand products and practices vis-\u00e0-vis competition; provide feedback and proposals to marketing for product enhancement\/new product development and process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth on-boarding &amp; reducing customer complaints<\/li>\n<li>Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
