{"id":9862,"date":"2019-06-17T10:06:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T03:36:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=9862"},"modified":"2023-07-10T16:04:23","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T09:34:23","slug":"relationship-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.mobmyanmar.com\/?jobpost=relationship-manager-2","title":{"rendered":"Relationship Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>JOB DETAILS<\/h3>\n<p>Bank Position : Manager<br \/>\nJob Location : Yangon, Myanmar<br \/>\nContract Type : Full time<br \/>\nJob category : Marketing<br \/>\nSalary : Negotiable<\/p>\n<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage existing mapped portfolio as assigned to him\/her and understand customer needs and cater to them through suitable products<\/li>\n<li>Deepen the relationship by cross-selling \/ up-selling variety of products (both on asset and deposit side) to improve customer stickiness &amp; improve profitability<\/li>\n<li>Informs and explains to customers of new products or product enhancements with a proposal to expand the banking relationship<\/li>\n<li>Acquire new to bank business customers to build and grow revenue through asset &amp; liability products of the bank<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality and healthy portfolio of asset business at early vintage<\/li>\n<li>Identify early warning signals and recover interest\/principal for each of the relationship handled<\/li>\n<li>Maximize customer retention by maintaining long term relationship, collecting regular feedback and providing adequate and timely service<\/li>\n<li>Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
