  • Drawing Administration department’s budget and monitoring operating expenses.
  • Fixed Assets record keeping; purchase and to control transfer, write-off and disposal.
  • Regular purchases and distribute (office supplies, stationery, and printing of security forms..etc.).
  • Arrange for relocation of office space and branch office. Arrangement for warehouse and old record keeping.
  • Support Procurement & Logistic Team and Correspondence Supervision (Dispatch).


Relevant Experience and requirement

  • Bachelor Degree preferred Master Degree.
  • At lease 5 years working experience in Administration field.
  • Age under 45 years.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Able to communicate with English.
  • Can travel upon job requirement.
  • Negotiation skills, active and enthusiastic, Great teamwork.
  • In-depth understanding of office Management procedures and departmental.
