  • Scans the Market for Potential Customers and creates a plan of acquisition commensurate with Banks risk appetite
  • Develops new SME relationships and build commercial assets book on Business Loan through team and self
  • Ensure incremental SME net loan growth through new to bank customers
  • Plans and conducts special marketing initiatives and events for prospective clients
  • Formulate strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks;
  • Identify early warning signals and assist in recovery of interest/principal for each of the relationship handled by team and self
  • Continually scan the market to determine the market trends and understand products and practices vis-à-vis competition; provide feedback and proposals to marketing for product enhancement/new product development and process improvement
  • Enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth on-boarding & reducing customer complaints
  • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
  • Timely training need analysis to be done for the team and required training calendar to be designed
  • Complete his/her and team’s appraisal process as per Bank policy
  • Ensuring high morale and satisfaction among team
  • Monitor and encourage utilizations of facilities for three months
  • Ensuring adequate controls so that all documentation needs for each sale / query is duly gathered and submitted on time to relevant people
  • Ensure adherence to prescribed policy, systems and processes in sales of retail & MSME products
  • Comply with AML, KYC and other regulatory guidelines for the vertical, resolve audit findings
  • Ensure all sales MIS is up to date and submitted and monitored periodically
