JOB DESCRIPTION

• To implement strategies for achieving branch targets such as Deposit, Insurance, Cards, Loan and others.
• To develop and implement customer service standards and policies to ensure consistent service quality.
• To carry out the sales plan, report to branch in-charge, and promote products to clients to meet sales targets.
• To prepare daily, weekly, monthly marketing reports and submit to Branch Manager.
• To Identify potential new customer while sustaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• To handle customer complaints promptly and effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
• To arrange meeting with potential clients to recommend appropriate bank products or services.
• To be initiative and innovative to find new customers and to extend branch network.
• To provide assistance and support to the Branch Manager and 2 IC (operation) in carrying out their responsibilities when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• မြန်မာအရှေ့တိုင်းဘဏ် ဘဏ်ခွဲများတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေသူများ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်သည်။
• တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• Sales and marketing အပိုင်းအား စိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• (မကွေး၊ တောင်ကြီး၊ ပြည်၊ တောင်ငူ၊ မော်လမြိုင်၊ ပုသိမ်) ဒေသတွင်းရှိ ဘဏ်ခွဲများမှ လျှောက်ထားသူ ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ဦးစားပေးရွေးချယ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
• မြန်မာအရှေ့တိုင်းဘဏ် ဘဏ်ခွဲများတွင် သွားရောက်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာန/ဘဏ်ခွဲ တာဝန်ခံ၏ ထောက်ခံချက် တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
• စကားအပြောအဆို ပြေပြစ်ရမည်။
• အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• ဘဏ်၏အကျိုးကို ရှေးရှုဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
